Known throughout the world for its brewing of superb quality beer, the brewery at Oving, now in its 10 th year, has recently brewed its 1000th Gyle.

Brewer Rob Cooper has continued to brew Top Quality Beers using only the finest hops and top quality malts, with no additives or extra sugars, and is happy to invite you to try his wide selection of Beers, Ales and Porter.

 

Gribble Ale 4.1 %

A favourtie for many years, running a close second to Ferret in popularity.

A medium strength, hoppy bitter.

 

Reg's Tipple 5%

Reg's was named after one of the regulars.

Brewed to a smooth nutty flavour with a rather pleasant after bite.

 

Plucking Pheasant 5.2%

A light dry hopped beer that has proved to be very successful.

Now available all year round, this beer is really starting to be appreciated by lovers of real ales. Don't be fooled by its light appearance and easy drinking.

 

Porterhouse 5.1%

Brewed to a recipe dating back to the 1800 's, this traditional Porter has a smooth mellow palate, with the slightest hint of liquorice.

 

Pig's Ear 5.8%

A fuller bodied OLD ALE with a rich ruby brown colour, brewed from a well researched old traditional recipe, which has been handed down from father to son.

 

Winter Wobbler 7.2%

Our very own WINTER WARMER. Brewed well in advance for perfect condition, this one is NOT for the faint hearted Only available between November and February.
